RES was established initially as an electrical firm for both commercial and residential properties. Since this time we have evolved the business in to other key areas to develop a Facilities Management Company covering all aspects of Reactive Maintenance 24/7.

All of our tradesmen are fully skilled in their chosen industry and some have trained so that they are multi skilled in a number of areas and can adapt and attend to many given situations.
UK Nationwide Service
We have a fully qualified team of Air Conditioning and Heating engineers logistically placed throughout the UK directly employed through RES. We also offer a planned maintenance scheme for air conditioning to ensure they are serviced regular and working to the highest standard attainable.
Fire Extinguishers
RES also specialise in both the supply and fitting of fire extinguishers at an extremely competitive rate and will gladly quote for you this free of charge!
